Ricky has over three decades of extensive corporate and operational experience in the manufacturing industry, he is a passionate, committed, and seasoned educator. His core competencies include Operations and Project Management, Industry 4.0, IoT, and automation knowledge, which he integrates these areas of expertise to inspire growth and prepare learners for the workforce. Driven by a deep desire to empower learners, he is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and inspiring personal growth. His philosophy centers on the belief that every learner deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Ricky holds a Bachelor in Manufacturing Engineering from National University of Singapore and Executive Masters of Business Administration, EMBA from University of Hull.

Currently serving as a co-founder of the Climate Tech startup, PlanetWise Pte Ltd, Benjamin holds the role of Chief Sustainability Officer and product owner. Specializing in sustainability and supply chain training, Benjamin has crafted comprehensive courseware including "Understanding Sustainability for Business", "Sustainable Procurement" and "Managing Carbon Emissions in Supply Chain".

Stanley is an experienced facilitator, executive coach, and sought-after keynote speaker, specialising in professional coaching, leadership development, technology, and the role of Associate Chief Technology Officer. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Stanley actively coaches executives from Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and multinational corporations. Stanley holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Management major in Marketing from the University of Bradford, UK.
